What are your shirts made from?

Our organic cotton/ recycled polyester blends, as well as, the hemp / organic cotton products are Organic Blended Content Standard (OCS) certified. OCS verifies the presence and amount of organic material contained in a finished product by providing a strict chain of custody system from the organic raw material source.
 
Our shirts also follow the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), which is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibers, from the harvesting of the raw materials through environmentally and socially responsible practices, certified by an independent third party.
 
In addition, our shirts comply with the Global Recycled Standard (GRS), a voluntary product standard for tracking and verifying the content of recycled materials in a final product. The standard applies to the full supply chain, content claims, social and environmentally friendly practices, chemical restrictions in the production process.
Finally, our fabric is considered as a natural based fabric because it is made from the wood pulp of beech trees. Beech Tree is known as a deep-rooting plant and has grown in Europe for a long time. Modal fiber from Lenzing® is a regenerated cellulosic fiber which extracted from beechwood and produced using Edelweiss® fiber technology.

How do I donate my shirt?

Thank you for choosing to participate in our Love & Give Campaign! Our mission to make organic cotton clothing accessible to all. Most importantly, children will learn how to share the “love & give.” 
 
1) Pack Your T-shirt
Reuse the Ananas Kids mailer bag from your order or any other one you have around. Please place your gently used t-shirt in it.
 
2) Print Your Pre-Paid Shipping Label
Email us and indicate you wish to donate your shirt, and we will send you your label.
Tape it onto the bag. We will send your donation to the nearest one in need.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don’t, we’re here to help with free returns for online orders. We accept returns or exchanges that are unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

1.Please email us to recieve the return shipping label and RMA# (Return Material Authorization).
2. On the prepaid return shipping label included in your order:
    RMA# field and Order number.
3. Attach the prepaid return shipping label over the original shipping label on the carton.
5. Drop your package at a UPS pickup location.
 
* NOTE: Contact us if you need a replacement shipping label.
 
Refund information
When we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund for the full purchase price (including shipping costs) of the item on your original method of payment. You’ll receive an email when your credit has been processed, generally within a week of when we receive your return.

What are your shipping fees?

Standard Shipping:
 
Shipping is FREE for orders $50 and over.
 
Flat Charge of $5.50 for all orders under $50.
 
Standard shipping for packages to the Continental US are shipped via UPS eCommerce, with final delivery via USPS.

How long do I have to wait for my shirt?

Orders placed by 11:59 p.m. EST will ship the next business day.
 
We’ll send you an email with tracking information when your order ships. We can ship to valid addresses within the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All orders will ship via DHL. Due to customs clearance, we are not able to guarantee delivery timing.
